Vesting Schedule and Claiming Process of AGVs

This article will serve as a guide for AGV holders on claiming their purchased AGV from their chosen IDO launchpads.

Important Note: You can only start claiming your tokens on 00:00 UTC DEC 23 — your AGV dashboard will update. KYC is not required.

AGV Vesting

AGVs bought during different funding rounds are subject to different vesting periods. Release of the purchased AGVs are scheduled to start during the Token Generation Event (TGE).

Seed Round — AGVs purchased during the Seed Round are subject to 24 months (3.93% monthly) of vesting starting January 31 with 5% release during the TGE.

Series A — AGVs purchased during the Series A Round are subject to 18 months (5.28% monthly) of vesting starting January 31 and 5% release during the TGE.

Series B (Private Sale) — AGVs purchased during the Series B Round are subject to 12 months (7.5% monthly) of vesting starting January 31 and 10% release during the TGE.

Initial Dex Offering (IDO) AGVs purchased during the Public Sale are subject to 6 months (13.33% monthly) of vesting starting January 31 and 20% release during the TGE.

The AGV Token Generation Event is scheduled on December 23, 2021 at 00:00 UTC. The total purchased AGV shall be available by the said date, while the remaining percentage shall be distributed every 30 days upon last claiming starting JAN 31, 00:00 UTC. Countdowns and reminders in the Astra Guild channels will be available to guide investors once their AGVs are available for claiming.

Here’s a case example for guidance:

Investor A purchased his 100,000 AGVs during the Series A Round. This means that investor A is expected to get 5,000 AGVs during the TGE while the remaining 95% of his tokens will be distributed in the next 18 months starting January 31, then March 3, and until the 18 months is completed.

Note: The monthly timer of unlocking will not reset until the investor claims his/her token.

Claiming for AGVs bought through our Launchpad Partners

Investors who bought AGV tokens on these launchpads will have to claim their tokens from AGV dashboard thru: https://astraguild.io/ . Please take note to use the wallet with the same address you used in purchasing during the sale to claim your ERC-20 tokens.

1. Connect your Metamask wallet and click on “AGV Launchpad” on the Astra Guild website

2. Fill out your email and telegram account. For investors who already accomplished this step, you may proceed directly to Step 3.

3. Go to the Public Sale tab.

4. Click “Generate Token” and all your claimable AGVs will be delivered to your linked Metamask Wallet.

5. Once the token is mined successfully, you may import your AGVs in your Metamask.

Upon finishing your Metamask transaction, a countdown for your next claim date shall reflect in your dashboard.

You can claim your vested tokens every 30 days starting JAN 31 0000 UTC.

Note: Please keep in mind the difference in gas fees among different blockchains.

To check if your AGV tokens can be claimed at the end of token sale and start of token generation event, visit the project page on their site.

1. Connect your wallet.
2. Click on Claim to claim your AGV tokens.
3. After the transaction is completed, your tokens will be available in your wallet.

Note: Monthly release of AGV tokens will also happen on their site

Claiming for AGVs bought in the AGV Launchpad

For investors who purchased their AGVs using the AGV launchpad, the following steps should be followed:

1. Click on “AGV Launchpad” on the Astra Guild website

2. Fill out your email and telegram account. For investors who already accomplished this step, you may proceed directly to Step 3.

3. You will be redirected to a page showing all your locked AGVs. Note: If you bought during public sale, you should go to the Public Sale tab.

4. On December 23, 2021 at exactly 0000 UTC, you will have the “Generate TOKEN” button at your designated investment pages (Seed, Series A, Private Sale, Public Sale).

5. Upon clicking this button, all your claimable AGVs will be delivered to your linked Metamask Wallet.

6. Once the token is mined successfully, you may import your AGVs in your Metamask.

7. Upon finishing your Metamask transaction, a countdown for your next claim date shall reflect in your dashboard.

IMPORTANT: You can claim your vested tokens every 30 days starting JAN 31 0000 UTC.
